Vision
The next generation must possess strong leadership abilities which can be the deciding factor in future hiring decisions. Leaders are rarely measured according to how well they can re-iterate technical specifications of products and services. Leaders are often measured on their ability to motivate an organization. Future leaders must establish good working relationships with co-workers, and clearly make balanced decisions. Unfortunately, most graduate schools don't teach individuals how to cultivate these abilities. However, the use of leadership abilities is what elevates them amongst their competition in a growing global economy.
Mission
US Made Leaders is an elite training company specializing in leadership building with a focus on establishing skills in young people, providing them with the opportunity to mature and develop.
Organizational Goals and Purposes
More and more corporations around the world recognize that in order to gain a competitive advantage, they need their up and coming employees to possess strong leadership abilities and “soft skills.” Soft skills involve the following:
- Knowledge in establishing and building relationships
- Listening to people
- Being able to deal with difficult situations
- Showing compassion
- Solving unexpected problems
- How to confidently communicate and lead others
These leadership abilities reflect how individuals will handle themselves not only in their professional lives but in their personal relationships as well. They dictate how an individual relates to their family and friends on a personal level, as well as, how they will handle themselves with their future teachers, supervisors, co-workers, and customers.
The training provided by Mr. Conner is very beneficial. It isn't too often that instruction such as this is offered, yet it is of importance for the children. This course provides the boys and girls an opportunity to express themselves and gain confidence while doing so. It also equips them with valuable information that can be used for years to come.

The Instructor
Steve Conner has been a speaker and trainer for over twenty years specializing in public speaking, coaching, and team building. Steve is CEO/Training Director and is authoring the book; The PRE-TEEN condition, which will be released later this year.
He has accumulated over 1,900 hours of classroom coaching and training. Steve has successfully directed youth events in different states with broad participation. He is currently the Director of a non-profit youth camp that in 2008 was attended by 150 pre-teens and 49 workers. His experience with these and other programs makes him a well rounded instructor.
